We pride ourselves on our ability to effectively deliver within the specified “promised” dates. Our production schedules are strictly controlled.
Production of couch will only begin once fabric is in hand.
Fabric upholstered suites take roughly +- 4 weeks from receipt of orders (subject to fabric availability).
Export deliveries are +-4/6 weeks ex-works, plus 4/6 weeks for shipping, this in effect will amount to +- 12 weeks for shipments to arrive at the receiving port.
Each piece of furniture is individually encased in plastic (local deliveries) and corrugated cardboard + bubble wrapping + plastic for container exports.
We guarantee our products against faulty workmanship and or materials for a period of 5 years, under normal use (Within the borders of RSA).
All prices are exclusive of VAT and are based on the South African Rand. A 50% deposit will be required should we need to buy fabric / leather on your behalf. No order will be processed until payment has been received.
