Terms and Conditions

1. All prices are exclusive of VAT and is based on the South African Rand
2. Ownership of the goods shall remain reserved to MOBILIARIO pty (ltd) and the goods remain the property of MOBILIARIO pty (ltd) until payment is received in full.
3. Delivery is FOB ex works Gauteng, based on ground floor deliveries and all access points for delivery must be wide enough.
4. A 50% deposit may be required.
5. Fabric meterage is based on a roll width of 1,4 meters. Kindly allow 20% extra should the fabric have a pattern repeat.
6. Leather meterage is based on 5 square meter hides.
7. Mobiliario pty (ltd) reserves the right to update products and therefore to make changes to the original designs.
8. The standard wood colour is Oak, any other colour will be stained to spec at No charge.
